I don't collect Carnival Glass. I find most of it - well, "carnivallly" But this 7" dish was like holding an ocean sunset in my hand. Amazing! I think it is Fenton's Stippled Rays pattern. Southwest Antiques in Houston, Texas. Sept, 2009.
